Quiet Sleep and a Sweet Dream

Sea Fever
by John Masefield

I MUST go down to the seas again, to the lonely sea and the sky,
And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by,
And the wheel's kick and the wind's song and the white sail's shaking,
And a gray mist on the sea's face, and a gray dawn breaking.

I must down go to the seas again, for the call of the running tide
Is a wild call and a clear call that may not be denied;
And all I ask is a windy day with the white clouds flying,
And the flung spray and the blown spume, and the sea-gulls crying.

I must go down to the seas again, to the vagrant gypsy life,
To the gull's way and the whale's way, where the wind's like a whetted knife;
And all I ask is a merry yarn from a laughing fellow-rover,
And quiet sleep and a sweet dream when the long trick's over.

 There was a whole caravan of army vehicles driving down the highway as far as the eye could see- different shapes, color sand sizes. It was an impressive sight to behold.

Into my garden come!

There is another sky,
Ever serene and fair,
And there is another sunshine,
Though it be darkness there;
Never mind faded forests, Austin,
Never mind silent fields -
Here is a little forest,
Whose leaf is ever green;
Here is a brighter garden,
Where not a frost has been;
In its unfading flowers
I hear the bright bee hum:
Prithee, my brother,
Into my garden come!

"The time has come," the Walrus said,
"To talk of many things:
Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--
Of cabbages--and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--
And whether pigs have wings.

Facebook Timeline

I adore the new Facebook timeline. I fell in love with the concept the moment it came out of Mark's mouth and I started using it as soon as Mashable put up the cheat to get it ahead of time. However, I never tried to utilize the cover photo potential despite the many, many awesome examples I've seen. So world, here's my first shot- an edited pic of Monsier Smooshcheese & Senior Poofcakes.
